General Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customized or bespoke products are non-returnable
- Handmade variations and natural patina changes are not considered defects
Bathtubs & Sink Returns
We recommend inspecting all bathtubs and sinks immediately upon delivery and notifying us within 24 hours if there is any damage, defect, or incorrect item received. Please provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Because these products are large handcrafted items shipped with additional transit insurance, claims reported after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement or transit damage coverage.
Important Conditions
- Bathtubs and sinks must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging including wooden crate and protective materials.
- Once a bathtub or sink has been installed, plumbed, fitted, or used, it will be considered accepted and cannot be returned.
- Bespoke, custom-size, custom-finish, or made-to-order bath and sink orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Return Shipping Charges
- For bathtub and sink orders above $100 USD, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges will also be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns, even if free shipping was offered.
Finish & Handmade Nature
Copper and brass products naturally age and develop a darker patina over time. This is a natural characteristic of real metal craftsmanship and not considered a defect.
Damage caused by improper cleaning, abrasive materials, bleach, harsh chemicals, misuse, or improper storage will not be covered under refund or warranty.

I find the copper also keeps the water colder longer than say a traditional glass style pitcher.Easy to grasp due to its slim neck, lightweight but not flimsy by any means.If you know anything about Ayurvedic & the benefits of copper than you will love this set!At the price of $29.99 (at time of posting this, 10/07/25) that's a fair price given the overall quality, style and the fact it includes two pieces of copper!Highly recommend to anyone!
I have always loved the look of bright copper. This carafe has that and has a pleasing shape and well detailed, beautiful pattern. It now sits on the bar in my living room.I was a bit concerned about ingesting too much copper. After a bit of online searching I am not worried; It will not be my primary source of drinking water and will not let water sit in it too long without refreshing it. I little extra copper in diet is actually a good thing.
I love the copper it actually filters the water by killing some of the bacteria doesn’t filter it 100% you can keep the water in it for up to 12 hours but anything longer than that will cause copper in system don’t want to let the water sit for over 12 hours Do your research on it people
