Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
General Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customized or bespoke products are non-returnable
- Handmade variations and natural patina changes are not considered defects
Bathtubs & Sink Returns
We recommend inspecting all bathtubs and sinks immediately upon delivery and notifying us within 24 hours if there is any damage, defect, or incorrect item received. Please provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Because these products are large handcrafted items shipped with additional transit insurance, claims reported after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement or transit damage coverage.
Important Conditions
- Bathtubs and sinks must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging including wooden crate and protective materials.
- Once a bathtub or sink has been installed, plumbed, fitted, or used, it will be considered accepted and cannot be returned.
- Bespoke, custom-size, custom-finish, or made-to-order bath and sink orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Return Shipping Charges
- For bathtub and sink orders above $100 USD, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges will also be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns, even if free shipping was offered.
Finish & Handmade Nature
Copper and brass products naturally age and develop a darker patina over time. This is a natural characteristic of real metal craftsmanship and not considered a defect.
Damage caused by improper cleaning, abrasive materials, bleach, harsh chemicals, misuse, or improper storage will not be covered under refund or warranty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
