• In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors, currency fluctuations, taxes, or duty changes, Artisan Copper reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order even if the order has already been confirmed. Customers will be notified via email in such cases.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal payments.
• Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information that matches their payment method or PayPal account details. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of the order.
• Customized, bespoke, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
• Artisan Copper is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
